Bt sport cancellation

Been trying to cancel bt sport monthly pass for 2 weeks now..cancellation not successful..try again later...seems to have been quiet successful when bt took 5 payments in 5 hours last week..any ideas how to cancel this service..thanks

Could you please try cancelling it from a new browser window in Incognito mode (I think it's called Secret mode in Samsung browser). I don't know that this will fix it, but it will at least eliminate one possible cause.

Makes no difference in secret mode or chrome..same message..

Trying to cancel bt sport month pass online has turned into a joke..surely bt can fix "oops something went wrong" going on for a month now. Seems to be no other option except cancel direct debit..cancel anytime bt says....try it!!!!
