      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I seem to be having this issue also, I haven't used the BT TV app in years and decided to log back in to watch a film I had purchased but it says I can't change my registered devices but they are all padlocked, are you able to assist with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
