Monthly sports payment

I am trying to order the monthly bt sports package and for some reason it keeps telling me my card is declined, I have not tried all my cards which have the funds and also been verified for the transaction.
has this happened to anyone else?

Were your cards issued in the UK? We're aware that cards not issued in the UK (even if registered in the UK now) will be rejected. Also, cards issued by Wise Payments Ltd declare themselves as being issued in the US, so cannot be used.

They are all from the uk

In which case, can you please send me a DM with the BT ID you created as part of the journey, the exact time you last tried, and the issuer of the card you tried with. We'll check from our end why it was rejected.
