Error code EP299

Getting this error code EP299 on app both through Nvidia shied and Sony TV. No information online and the BT problem code search doesn't even recognise it. Wanted to watch the boxing but I guess I will just save £27. BT please don't buy the rights to these, leave it to DAZN.

The box office fight is only available in the box office app. You can't watch it in the BT Sport app.

EP299 just means a general server error. What event were you selecting to see that?

Ah, I see. That was the code when selecting the fight. Thought it was weird the option was ‘replay’. Came us with the same error for the weigh in.

OK yes, I can see a huge spike in EP299 errors this evening - I've got the guys investigating.
