Now Sky Sports on desktop

I have full sports package inc Now Sky Sports. All okay on TV but cannot view Sky Sports or Eurosport on desktop or laptop - why not?

What happens when you try to watch?

You should be able to watch Sky Sports on the NOW website and Eurosport on the BT TV Player.

Thanks for replying. Problem solved regarding Sky, I have a Now membership via BT and have now installed, thank you - that's the good news. Eurosport doesn't appear on BT website, despite my package confirming that I have it - any ideas?

Fantastic, thank you, plus some other potential goodies - why do they hide it there (don't bother to answer if it runs to War & Peace proportions!)? I never knew the 'player' existed and don't think I've been informed of it (until now). Thanks again to you and the community for sorting me out so quickly. I should have used this before, far better than contacting BT, although they are good, eventually, with faults.
