BT Sport monthly pass cancellation

Hello,

I have had Bt Sport monthly pass for exactly a month now. I have tried to cancel it multiple times but cannot do so. When I go to My Bt and my products, I cannot see it. It has just charged me again today, how can I cancel the subscription

Can you help me cancel my BT Sport Monthly Pass, I cannot find how to do it and I have been trying for 30 minutes. Please help! Thanks 😅
