I'm getting an LP103 error on my Sony TV app. Is there any way to check who's using my account please?

Afraid not. Best you can do just now is change your password. It can take up to 8 hours for your streams to be recovered.

Normally yes, but I'm currently out of the country on holiday. I won't be back until the 3rd.
