New Subscription "service not available"

I am having this issue but I am putting in my address the way it says too on these forums and as far as I'm aware my email address is normal, I am not sure what else I can do any help would be appreciated.

Hi - I am also still getting this error after doing both of the above things. Any other suggestions?
