Chromecast

I have the bt tv app and I want to caste the app to my tv via the Chromecast plugged into the tv NOT via the tv box.

it says I need bt tv extra?! Tried to chat to someone at BT. 1.5 hours later… none the wiser! Thank you in advance

Hey there. Sorry - you already have BT TV App Extra on your account, but for some reason you were missing all the associated privileges that it comes with (I can only assume a processing error when it was added).

Could you please try again now? You may need to log out of the app and then in again for it to pick up the change.

Sorry, I missed the Sport bit - I believe AMC would have worked OK for you.
