I am watching BT sport on the Xbox S App on ny Sky Glass and the sound is out of sync can someone please help.

How far out of sync? Seconds or milli-seconds? If the latter is there not an Audio Delay setting on the Sky Glass?

Ah! If you mean the footy then it must be seconds to be noticeable. Remembering the commentators are usually a player behind as the ball is passed around anyway.
