Eurosport now included with BT Sport but not Recording on my 4K box

I have BT Sport on TV and I recently received a letter advising that my BT Sport package now includes Eurosport 1 & 2.

Last night, I set my box to record the World Superbikes. This morning the recordings are listed but when I click on them to watch it, says that the recordings are unavailable. Recordings on other channels are fine.

Is this a temporary problem while the new service is rolling out or have I got a problem my end?

A temporary problem on BT's side, you can't do anything to resolve it, it's a known issue.

Do you know if this problem has been resolved yet as I still cannot record Eurosport.
