Cancelled BT Sport monthly pass still being charged

Hi, I cancelled my monthly pass for BT Sports in November, payments still being charged to credit card even although we cannot watch it. How can this be resolved and the payments refunded please?

Just spoke to someone on phone who tells me due to the timing of cancellation on 16 Nov and a 30 day period and the dates of my payment, I was too late so its why I was charged. I should expect to see any refund for the days not used next month. If not I'll be back in touch. Thanks.
