Can't cancel bt sport

Hi, I have been trying to cancel my bt sport and every time I try to this has appeared and I don't know why. If you could get back to me as soon as possible please

Hi @Jonnylacey, welcome to the forum and sorry you're getting this error trying to cancel the Sport.

Is it the Sport Monthly pass you're trying to cancel?
