Error Code WJ910

Evening, I've just re-subscribed to BT Sport. On my Windows 11 PC & Q80A Samsung TV, I get error code WJ910, when I log on BT on the web.

WJ910 code means - Access Denied - Reason: Client address is not authorised. (92.25.61.52)??

When putting code in BT Sport help page for the code, I get 404 Error message. Why is this?

Error WJ910 is from the BT TV app, and it means a BT TV subscription cannot be found.

If you only have a subscription to BT Sport, you need to use the BT Sport app or go to www.bt.com/sport to watch on the web.
