    <description>Could you please send me a DM with the BT ID that you reactivated your monthly pass on?  The email address you're using for these forums doesn't have a monthly pass on - only an old subscription for BT Sport on Sky.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to reactivate by BT Sport pass. Not straightforward but followed advice found here and all seemed to go through OK. But I get an error message when trying to acess BT Sport - unable to find active BT Sport subscription on this account. Code: ID003. Money has gone from my bank account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I phoned BT and was told they couldn't help and that I should contact my bank! Extraordinary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
