      <title>BT Sport App</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m hoping someone can help me as BT technical support constantly cut me off after 20 minutes on hold.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve got BT broadband and BT Sports. I can watch sports when I login online using a web browser. However I can’t watch sports on the app. I get an error saying I don’t have a subscription. I’ve tried deleting the app and logging out/in again but no luck. I’ve even tried another phone and downloading the app fresh. No luck at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;andy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If web works but app doesn't then there's only one cause, and helpdesk should know how to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either call them again and tell them your icap property needs to be deleted, or email me at tv.apps@bt.com and I'll get it sorted. It probably won't be sorted until Monday though I'm afraid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
