Bt sport app

Hello

I have the sports package on the bt tv box but I can not watch bt sports on the bt sports app on my android phone. Saying no subscription with the error code GJ910.

Any suggestions please

Thank you for your reply.

I can't seem to find how to apply for the beta on the app.

Iv then tried to log on the bt sport website but its showing no subscription service on this account. Iv checked my email and password they are correct.

I can watch bt sport on the bt tv box with no issues

If you go to the BT Sport app in the Play Store & scroll down, there's an option to join the beta program.

GJ910 is from the BT TV app, not the BT Sport app. Install the correct app and it'll probably work ok.

Ok, so now try www.bt.com/sport and try to watch BT Sport 1. Does that also show ID003?

Yeah shows the same ID003 message. Just checked BT sport 1 on the TV and it works fine

Next step is to follow the instructions at www.bt.com/help/id003 to confirm your account is set up correctly.

I worked through the settings listed and it says I am the account holder.

Thanks for confirming.
I'm at my desk now, so have taken a look at your account. I can see you called us in November regarding issues with your account. One of the steps the helpdesk took to resolve your issue was to delete your account then recreate it again - this has caused a disconnect on our systems.
I've raised a ticket for your account to be manually correct - I'll update here when that has been completed (it may be tomorrow - I'm not sure if any of them are working this weekend).

Thank you for looking in to this for me.

I was on the online chat for about 2 hours trying to fix the issue. They could not fix the issue so this has been moved up to the tier 2 team.

Not sure who the teir 2 team are but at least this is being looked in to.

They have emailed me saying they have closed the complaint.
This issue is not resolved. I still can not watch bt sport or bt tv online

Ok, not sure why they've done that, but ignore it - I'll make sure it's definitely sorted when they're in the office tomorrow morning.
