Unable to cancel BT Sport monthly pass

Hello

I’d like to cancel my BT Sport monthly pass but it errors every time I try. Can someone from BT assist with this?

Hi @Sc2023, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Sorry that you can't cancel the Sport Monthly pass online. If your Monthly Pass is due to renew in the next few days you would be to call us on 0330 1234 150 and get it cancelled.

If you can wait a few days then I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you with this.
