Can't cancel BT sport

I called the bt helpline last month as I paid £25 for bt sport and asked that the auto renewal be cancelled. They couldn't find that I had bt sport at first but later said they found it and it wouldn't renew . I've been charged £29.99 today . I want to cancel and have the £29.99 refund . Can BT urgently call me to get this done . I have BT broadband so have an account. Kevin Howell
