Is it possible to get Eurosport with record/rewind/pause functionality?

Hi, I just moved from Virgin (BT installed yesterday) and I'm really hoping that the move wasn't a terrible mistake. The only sport we watch is Cycling and for that we need Eurosport. I've taken out a Discovery+ package expecting to be able to use that for the cycling: however with that it's apparently not possible to pause, record or rewind. Reading some posts in the community, I'm now concerned that even adding the £18pm BT sports package won't actually fulfill this requirement as that too seems to use Discovery+. Have I understood that correctly? Please help!

You can pause/rewind/record Eurosport on a BT TV box with the relevant subscription on channels 412/413 (SD) and 435/436 (HD).

OK, that's reassuring. Thank you. I'd read a couple of posts that made me think that Eurosport would only be delivered via Discovery+ which means that I wouldn't be able to get the record/rewind/pause functionality.
