I've cancelled bt sport I don't understand why I apparently have a £60 bill coming out on the 9th of April it's starting to annoy me I've had so many problems using this

Hi @Blake2002,

I am sorry that there have been charges raised on your bill for the service when you didn't have it.

@DavidM will be in the office tomorrow. He will re-open your complaint and correct the charges for you.

Once this is done, that should be everything sorted for you.
