BT ultimate option missing from xbox

@DarrenDev hi my xbox one which has always allowed me to watch bt sport ultimate isn't coming up with the option today. Watching the football only allowing me to watch on bt sport 1 in regular hd which is very mediocre on my projector screen. Can you help as its been working without issue for last 3 years.

On device checker its confirming 4k but saying it isn't hdr compatible, which isn't true the setup (xbox, Av receiver and projector) is all hdr compatible. Other apps working fine.

If device checker is saying it's not HDR compatible and there's not a message in the right column saying it's disabled, then that's what the device is currently telling it I'm afraid. You'll need to check your setup.
