Samsung TV - no catchup programmes ERROR VC019

Morning,

I cannot watch catchup events on my samsung tv all of a sudden - has worked ok in the past.

I get error vc019 after waiting for programme to stream.

Live events eg Nice / PSG last night work ok - error is just catchup events

I try my phone on same house internet and it works ok so the problem is connected to the Samsung TV

All other streaming netflix etc works fine.

No VPN running

There was a thread about this in 2021 - same error and specific to samsung tv. Software on tv is upto date and router etc rebooted.

@DarrenDev - can you watch a login to check server hit and whether it communicates with it or any other fixes please?

Bump......

I have totally reset my Samsung TV - took about 2 hours and still I can only watch live events - catch-up and highlights will not play.

My phone onsame wifi network works perfectly - issue is the BT app on an Samsung tv.

Please help
