BT TV App - Unable to add more than 1 device

I'm unable to register more than 1 device and that seems to only be an Android device. 2nd box padlocked and says can't register for 30 days even though that has long passed.

Any ideas?

Hi @JonJ44, sorry you can't register a second device on the app.

Have you recently installed the app? If not try an uninstall and re-install of the app and let us know if that helps.
