I can't cancel my BT Sport

I am unable to cancel my BT sport Subscription, I am aware I can cancel it online but every time I try I receive an error message. This has happened multiple times. I have tried to remove my card details so I wouldn't be charged for a subscription I no longer want but I receive another error message. If someone could contact me and assist in my BT Sport cancellation it would be appreciated.
