LJ910 error on AppleTV

What a nightmare this has been trying to sign up for BTSport.

tried to sign up yesterday , got all the way paying for my first month , money taken from account , website crashed . No account created . Spoke to support, confirmed there was no account and to try again with a different email and hope the £29.99 would be returned. Spent all night trying to create a new account with no luck ‘service in available’ gave up.

tried again tonight….bingo, account created , another 29.99 taken and ……nothing works.

Apple TV gives me an LJ910 error when trying to sign in. App on the phone signs in me in and then says I have no subscriptions .

£60 down and nothing to show for it. We only wanted to watch the remaining Wrexham games , wish we hadn’t bothered now.

You're using the wrong app - LJ910 is from the BT TV app. You need to use the BT Sport app.
