Now TV

Now tv app does not seem to recognise my e-mail address as being linked to my bt account and asks for a subscription payment when I want to watch sports on phone or laptop - works fine via bt tv box ?

Have followed activation process as per bt instruction following switching to new bt package incorporating Now tv sports and have received messages from Now tv to reset password etc. but to no avail -- any suggestions ?

Hi @peter36, sorry that you're having a problem with the Now app.

What BT TV package do you have?
What channel are you trying to watch on the app?

Sorry for delay in response but I have the BT Big Sport package and Im trying to watch Sky Sports via the Now TV app ?
