I paid yesterday night for BT Sport to watch today the Champions League but I am out of UK and I can not access to the streamings. So I would like to know if I can receive a refund for the service because I could not access and I am not going to use it during my holidays. I can not find the way to contact by email or webChat with BT. Thanks

A refund is unlikely, the terms you agreed to when you raised the order specify it's only to view in the UK.

7. How you can use the service
ii. if you get the service though BT Sport online or the BT Sport app. In those cases, you can only get the service in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
