BT Sport Ultimate on App via BT Sport on Sky subscription

I've recently changed from the monthly app only subscription to the BT Sport on Sky subscription, including the BT Sport Ultra-HD and HD add on.

This gives me the BT Sport Ultimate channel fine, plus access to the app on devices such as the FireStick.

What I have lost is the Ultimate / 4K access on the app - the compatibility checker says that I need to "Upgrade to BT Sport Ultimate" - normal access is fine.

Is this right, or should the BT Sport Ultra-HD and HD add on include the app?

It should be included in the app.

If the device checker is saying your account is missing Ultimate then send me a DM and let me know the BT ID you're logging in with. I'll get it fixed.
