Discovery+ not free???

I've taken up the offer of Discovery+ with BT Sport & have set up a Discovery+ account but every programme I try to view I have to pay for a Pass.

Are only some programmes free & I've just been unlucky? Am I missing a setting in BT Sport or D+?

I'm accessing D+ via an Amazon TV box (not a stick).

Do you have an Android or Apple mobile/tablet device you could try the app on? If so, select the Account tab in the app, and then select Account in the options shown. Then press back, and select Account again (bug in the D+ app). Does it show "You can manage your subscription through BT Sport"?
(there may be an option to check this in the Amazon TV app too - I haven't had chance to look)
