Cancel BT Sports Pass

Please can someone help me cancel my bt sports pass. When i log in it says i haven't verified my email and to resend a link, the link never comes, ive tried a different email and same situation. Then to try and get on my account to cancel it just keeps telling me to verify my account.

Yes and I also tried using a different email and again checked the junk, still not had one come through
