Hi,

please can someone help. I am Unable to cancel BT Sport monthly pass. the cancel button just says please try again later but its been a few days now and my renewal is due on the 3 june.

I am sorry that you can't cancel this at present.

Hi @DanielS i tried to call the number 0330 123 4150 but it asks me to enter my BT number which i dont have. i am not with BT. i just want to cancel my BT sports monthly. i have replied to your private message. i also cant view my bill details. screenshot attached.
