Error Code WJ950

For the last two days I am getting an error WJ950 when I try to log into the BT TV Player on my laptop. I do not have a problem using my iPad. Support told me that it was a recent issue but no solution yet. I can watch online but do not get Eurosport there. Any suggestions please?
