I want to cancel BT sport but site has no options to cancel terrible online service

awful online service - only option is to upgrade.

I'm currently on hold with customer services - approximate wait 20 minutes....

why private message? why not help us all with this issue?

Issues need to be fixed on an account by account basis, depending on what state the account is in - there's nothing that could be posted publicly that would help you fix this @bellaboo.
Private message allows account details to be shared, so that the mods can fix whatever state it's in.

Hi @bellaboo, it's the BT Sport Monthly Pass that should be able to be managed online. As you were offered an option to upgrade it sounds like it's not the Monthly Pass you have and the customer service team will be able to help you with this.
