Now TV Subscription

Good Morning,

I am new to this forum so I apologise in advance if I make any rookie errors.

I have the big sports package through BT, yesterday I attempted to watch the open using the Now tv app on my IPad.

The Now tv app does not seem to recognise my e-mail address as being linked to my bt account and asks for a subscription payment when I want to watch sports - works fine via bt tv box ?

Any suggestions ?

When you signed up to the package, you were asked to provide the email address on which you want to add the Now TV subscription.
Tip: the email address you gave is NOT your BT ID (which is the email address you use to log into these forums). You have a Yahoo account, which is the one your subscription is set on. Our records show that you haven't set a password on that account yet.
