TNT Sports Query

Hi,

I ordered TNT Sports on Friday and on the order it says the following

I was wondering why it says "Stop Service for TNT Sports" when the whole point of the order was to get TNT Sports ? Has it been cancelled in error ?

Your account already had the free version of TNT Sports on it, from back in the days when it came free with BT Broadband. That order is stopping "TNT Sports" and starting "TNT Sports on BT TV".

OK, thanks, do you know if I have to pay by direct debit, as I didn't really want to do this, but couldn't get past the screen without entering my account details - I'd rather carry getting the bill quarterly and then paying when I get it.

Moving to a new product will mean changing to Monthly billing and Direct Debit

As already mentioned in previous post, you have signed up to it then you are now probably having a monthly charge for it, which will roll on each month until you cancel it yourself.

If you don't want to pay monthly, then just cancel it before you restart a new month.

Simply log into MyBT, find discovery+ Premium (incl. TNT Sports) and choose ‘Cancel subscription’.

When you cancel, you can carry on watching content until your existing months billing period expires.

You need to cancel your subscription the day before it’s due to renew at the latest. You can check when your subscription is due to renew in MyBT.

Then you are in a 24 month contract and you only have 14 days to cancel it.
