NOW TV Doesnt recognise my login on Smart TV app, but all fine on my PC.

Hello,

I have NOW TV on my BT package, but im struggling to use my accvount on my Smart TV. I have had NOW befoire and it worked fine on my PC, but Smart TV app says doesnt recognise my details,

Tried reseting password etc ..

Any help would be great
