Discovery+ account set up

I have activated Discovery+ on myBT but there are no options anywhere to set up a Discovery+ account. Anytime I click manage on either TNT sports or Discovery+ it brings me to the Discovery+ website. The below I can not find a way to do.

Where does it take you on the discovery+ site? It should show you a form to either create a discovery+ account, or sign in with an existing one.

It just takes me to the discovery+ home screen showing all that they are showing. Then sign up or sign in in the top right hand corner but the sign up doesn't give an option to register through BT, only a separate paid account

So it shows active, then when I click manage I get brought to the below

The fact that it shows active there suggests that on our systems, we believe you've created the discovery+ account. Unfortunately there's no way for us to know what email address you used when creating that account though.
Send me an email to tv.apps@bt.com with the BT ID you're logged into MyBT with along with the BT account number, and I'll check our side and raise a ticket if needed.
