      <title>Discovery+ Loop of Doom</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;I have the BTSport Mobile App and I’m trying to activate Discovery+, however, when following the BT instructions I just get stuck in a loop of continually having to verify my BT account.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Yes, I have read the threads here with very similar problems and have tried the numerous suggestions over the past few days but haven’t been successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Today I&amp;nbsp; spent well over an hour on the phone as two different BT advisers attempted to resolve this issue but unfortunately they haven’t been able to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’m hoping that by coming here a BT Expert might be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've never heard of a verification loop. Can you please let me know what you mean? What site do you start from, what steps do you follow, and what point does it loop?</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;When I eventually found the link to activate Diiscovery+ (which was well hidden in Products), I am asked to Confirm Account which takes me to a ‘Go to My BT’ button. This then takes me back to my Homepage and again, when I click on Activate Discovery+, the same thing keeps happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;There are no options for D+ available under the ‘New for you’ heading as had been suggested by the phone advisers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Those advisers went through this process a number of times and seemed stumped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK yes, I've found you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You're correctly trying to follow the BT Mobile route which shows you error WB310 and tells you to use MyBT. MyBT then doesn't show you a tile to activate.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is that the BT Sport entitlement on your BT ID is misconfigured - it doesn't have the BT Mobile flag on it (which is also why it incorrectly allowed you to use BT Sport on your Fire TV yesterday).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For audit purposes, can I please ask you to send me an email at tv.apps@bt.com with your BT ID and BT account number. I'll then raise a ticket for your account to be manually corrected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
