Discovery+ Activation

I've received a letter to tell me to activate my Discovery+ through mybt account. When I follow the instructions to my products, TV/Sport there's no link to activate. So I've googled the link and followed the steps but when it tried to take me back to my BT to set it up it just takes me back to the BT homepage.

Anyone know if BT can set an account up for me then I just change the login details as it's not working on my end?

We can't do that, but we can fix your issue.
Email me at tv.apps@bt.com with your BT ID and BT account number and I'll sort it.

Hi I have a similar problem. When I go to the bt sport app (I cast it through a Google chromecast) it tells me to activate discovery+ to watch tnt sports. When I click the link it takes me to my bt homepage but there is no link to do it. If I go straight to the discovery+ app it asks me to sign up for a bt TV/sports package but I already have one. How can I resolve this? Thanks.
