Discovery+ activation for EE customer

Recently received an email that informs me I need to create a discovery+ account from within BT app. Nothing works, no links work. I keep being sent here which is a dead link - https://www.bt.com/discovery-plus I pay for BTsports via my ee phone bill. Anyone got any clues as to how I can register a discovery+ account that’s linked to my ee/bt account?

Sorry about the incorrect link in the email - the link it showed doesn't match the link it clicked to. You need to use www.bt.com/sport/discovery-plus
