Hi, I cant activate Discovery +, I've followed all the instruction on this forum and BT's paper copy sent to me but just go around in circles. I don't get a "activate" window in MyBT, if I try signing in on Discovery+ it doesn't recognise me or wants to charge me to sign up....what am I doing wrong ?

I've already posted this answer many times on many threads in this forum - I'm surprised you didn't see it?

If you don't see the option to activate in MyBT, and the other activation flow tells you to use MyBT, and *you still have a sport subscription* then email me at tv.apps@bt.com providing your BT ID, BT account number, and if you're an EE subscriber, your mobile number too.

have you tried opening BT sport app as there is an activation link there as well

do you have more than 1 BTID?
