Discovery plus keep freezing on 2019 LG smart tv, downloaded the app on phone and tablet and they work fine but not on the TV, I have checked all the connections. No problems with other apps on the TV

Hi yes same on my LG tv as well.

I cant watch nothing on discovery plus on that tv, yet all other apps work fine

Thank you. A shame though to know that I am not the only one. On BT it says that your TV must be 2018 or later, which mine is.

Hi, @stuartartist37 & @Jason001 I'm sorry to see you're having problems with the Discovery + app on your LG TV. The Discovery help pages advise that it supports LG TVs with WebOS 4X/5X (2018 models and newer)

Please can you follow these steps on the Discovery support pages if these checks don't help there's a contact option on that page to raise a case with Discovery support.
