Can't get access to TNT-Sport

I've recently switched from Sky to BT and have bought a 150Mbps WiFi as well as the Big sport package. The weird thing is that I can access Now TV to watch the sky content but not the TNT sport channels or the Discovery + app. When I try to access any of the TNT sport channels I get the error message BTP-11169.

I've tried many ways but still can't get it to work. pls help

I also want to add Now boost to my BT plan but it says it can't process the order and forces me to cancel it

You need to wait until first order shows as completed in MYBT before you can start another order

I've sorted out the Now TV upgrade but I still can't access the TV channels and can't watch them. I can however watch them on Discovery + now
