unable to view football on TNT

Hi Team,

I used to be able to see football matches on BT Sport set up in 2020. I was under the impression that there would be no change to how I can watch sport on TNT, yet when I register to watch Europa League it does not accept my username or password. However, it does work at a friends house they are on SKY and I have EE BB.

Why can I no longer watch football when we were advise there would be no changes to how we watched football with TNT.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused.
You're saying your username and password for the discovery+ app doesn't work at your house, but that same account does work when you're at your friend's house?
