Cannot watch TNT sports channels in my BT Box

i settled down to watch Premiership rugby on my BT set too box and joy - my box says I need to restart the router. Did that nothing. Turned it and started again. Nothing. Retuned set top box. Nothing.

I could go on but I’d bore you - so BT. Why can’t I get TNT sport when there’s nothing wrong with any other channels, broadband is fine, BT Sports was working. Yeah, you get the idea. You’ve messed up - now fix it and give me a refund for the service you are happy to charge me for, but are not delivering.

What error code does it show?
When you say "nothing wrong with any other channels" what channels are you referring to? Any other subscription channels? Or just Freeview?
What about BT Player on the box? Does that launch OK?

i have tnt sports and had spirts in my package as well as other channels (I have the old 4k UHD Max channel and Sports package.

j can see all the freeview channels but now I look I can see there are none of the channels anymore tgat used to appear, and the TNT sports channels don’t work.

on the sports channels I get error message IPC6023.

I don’t use the app, I just use my BT set top box

Can you please try launching the BT Player app on the box. Does it launch ok? Or show an error?
