TNT Sports add-on vs. BT TV Sports package

Hi!

I currently have a TNT Sports account associated to my BT Broadband contract (£17.50/month).

I see that I could buy BT TV with the Sports only package, which includes TNT Sports, for £12/month + £30 one-off charge for the box and P&P. This sounds cheaper, even if prices are going to rise in line with inflation from March 2024 (as per T&Cs).

What would I miss if I went for the BT TV Sports package? Would I still be able to access the Discovery+ app on mobile, for example?

Nothing to lose - you get everything you already have, plus the ability to watch/record the channel on the BT TV box.
The only thing to consider is the 24 month contract, compared to your current agreement where you can stop sport with 30 days notice.
