TNT Sports not showing on program guide.

I can view TNT sports on the discovery plus app but not on the program guide on my pro box? Do I need to do something else to get them to appear? I have Sky sports on Now tv and they show on the guide.

I can't see any reason why you wouldn't see them in your TV Guide. So channels 408 - 411 are just missing completely? What if you press Yellow when on the TV Guide - could you maybe have hidden them?

It should be an all or nothing thing - either all the subscription channels appear, or none of them do. I'm not aware of a config that would include the Sky Sports channels, but not the TNT Sports channels.

What's the full story?

Did you have the channels previously on the Pro Box but they've disappeared?
Did you have the channels on another box but changed to the Pro & now not showing?
Are you perhaps inadvertently subscribed to the app only access?

Sorry I wasn’t very clear. I can see TNT sports on the programme guide but when I click on it I get this message.

You need to set up TNT sports 1 or add it to your tv package.
Press ok for more info.

When I press ok nothing happens?

I didn’t have discovery + on my old box and only added it to the pro box.

Could you please try launching the BT Player from the apps menu. Does that launch ok? It's a good test of whether the box and account are set up correctly.
