Purchased TNT sports with discovery+ Premium but seeing ads

Hi,

I purchased TNT Sports on discovery+ but I'm still seeing ads? I believe if you purchase TNT Sports on discovery+ then this includes discovery+ Premium?

If I go to Account in discovery+ it just says your subscription is manged through BT but I can't see if I have discovery+ Premium on the BT site. How can I see what discovery+ subscription I have? I had an issue activating my discovery+ subscription and it was Darren Taft from BT dev that helped me with this issue.

Discovery+ premium still has ads. If you can watch TNT Sports then your subscription is working as intended.

Thanks, I can see on the discovery+ site that there is a "discovery+ (Ad-Free)" plan but I also noticed on the support page it says "All discovery+ plans have a limited number of ads in the on-demand content ". So I'm not sure why they have a ad free plan.

Also, how can I cancel my TNT Sports / discovery+ subscription through the BT site? When I login and go to Your products > Your TNT Sports and discovery+ there is no cancel subscription even if I login and go to Sport > discovery+ Premium (incl. TNT Sports) it does not have a cancel subscription it just prompts to Login?

As with all other BT products, you need to call to cancel.

@ScottM Discovery Plus is available in various countries. The plans available do differ and they (Discovery) have different UK and US/Canada support sites (and google searches may not give you the relevant sites for your location)

The uk site is

the us site still refers to ad free plans so presumably north american subscribers still have that option.
