    <description>Good evening danbat72 and Mods,&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to know please,How your issue was sorted..&lt;BR /&gt;I have the same issue,same fault code,on bt tv box pro.&lt;BR /&gt;I have the Full works,can view uhd via Discovery + app,no problem,but Get the same response message that danbat got./error code btp-11169 on 433 and btp-11162 on 465&lt;BR /&gt;I have Fibre 1.with23mbps download and 6.5 upload ,guaranteed minimum 19mbps contract.&lt;BR /&gt;I have had Bb checked by Openreach (11th Jan.24). and thats best I can get..&lt;BR /&gt;If its a Bb download speed issue.I will have to accept that for now until I can get FTTP.&lt;BR /&gt;But would be grateful for Clarification its not something else. Thank you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This channel will not work and keeps giving me an error code (BTP-11168) when I try to activate it through my bttv pro box. I spent an hour on chat on Monday evening and got absolutely nowhere so registered a complaint which was meant to be resolved by yesterday but hasn't. Any ideas? I've got a brand new 4k tv and want to try it. Might be going back to sky at this rate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I try to access ultimate I receive a message which reads 'we can't recommend you a TV package right now. This may be because the channel is no longer sold. Look for a now TV equivalent. Error BTP-11169'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now we both know that tnt sports ultimate exists.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe that a minimum download speed of 44 Mbps is required before BT/EE will permit channels 433 &amp;amp; 465 to be supplied to a customer. I’m sure that someone from BT/EE will confirm this or clarify the current position if it has changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pushed and pushed and eventually got through to someone called Colleen, who was superb, via the bt business chat on messenger. What I can make of it is that something technical that we can't access in the background had to be reset and now I have ultimate and ultimate hdr working perfectly. My bb maxes at 37mb and 4k is perfect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We’ve got Halo 3+ with the EE Hybrid which kicks in when our broadband goes down. On the rare occasions that the broadband has gone down, channels 433 &amp;amp; 465 are still perfect even though we’ve dropped to 30 Mbps via the Hybrid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've just checked with our experts - we definitely don't support multicast over 4G.  The discovery+ app would continue to work, but the channels wouldn't.&lt;BR /&gt;The only explanation we can think of for your scenario is that the broadband service was restored, but the hub hadn't realised yet - the multicast follows a different path.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our broadband went down last Sunday morning at 09:32am just before I left for the gym. The whole village was down according to those I spoke to at the gym. It was down for about 5 hours. The white light was on the EE Hybrid. I was watching sports channels when I returned without having to resort to the apps before the broadband was restored at around 3pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
